Noble Grain Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of the Noble Grain website and the purchase of any products from Noble Grain. By using the website or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Guarantee:
Noble Grain products come with a three-year workmanship guarantee under normal usage conditions. If defects occur within this period due to workmanship issues, Noble Grain will either repair or replace the item if repairs are not possible.

2. Information Accuracy:
Noble Grain strives to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, variations in wood grain, color, and texture may occur. Customers should confirm order details before finalising purchases. Noble Grain is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

3. Pricing:
If a product contains an obvious pricing error, Noble Grain will correct it as soon as possible. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

4. Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

  • Full payment, including delivery fees (if applicable), is required before collection or delivery.

  • Products remain the property of Noble Grain until full payment is received.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for EFT payments to reflect before goods are released.

5. Returns & Exchanges:

  • Customers may return or exchange non-custom items within 10 business days.

  • Custom pieces are non-refundable.

  • A collection fee, based on location, will be charged for returns.

  • A 15% admin fee applies to all returns, whether for a refund or replacement.

6. Natural Variations in Wood:
Wood is a natural material and may have variations in grain, color, and texture. These differences are inherent and not considered defects. Customers are encouraged to view wood samples before purchasing.

7. Price Adjustment Policy:
7.1 Discounts: Past purchases are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
7.2 Promotions: Promotional pricing applies only to purchases made within the promotional period.
7.3 Best Value Guarantee: Noble Grain offers high-quality, fairly priced products.
7.4 Customer Support: While price adjustments are not available, our team is here to assist with any product concerns.

8. Delivery:
8.1 General Delivery Terms:

  • Customers or their representatives must inspect goods upon delivery.

  • Acceptance of delivery confirms the goods were received in good condition.

  • Delivery is to the customer’s front door or ground floor reception in multi-storey buildings.

  • Noble Grain is not responsible for moving furniture beyond the point of delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

8.2 Third-Party Delivery & Client Responsibilities:

  • Noble Grain is not liable for damages caused by third-party couriers.

  • Clients arranging their own couriers must ensure adequate packaging.

  • Once collected by a third-party courier, Noble Grain is not responsible for any damage.

8.3 Client Responsibility for Fit & Assembly:

  • Clients must ensure furniture fits through doorways, stairwells, and other access points.

  • Any access restrictions must be communicated before delivery.

  • Noble Grain is not responsible for additional delivery attempts if access is restricted.

  • Assembly requirements must be specified in advance.

9. Coupons & Gift Cards:

  • Coupons are valid for purchases on the Noble Grain website only.

  • Each coupon code is valid for a single use per customer.

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

  • Noble Grain reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions without notice.

10. Contract Agreement:
Once a deposit is made, this Agreement becomes binding.

11. Disclaimer:
Our furniture is designed for indoor use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Noble Grain is not responsible for damage due to improper use or exposure to outdoor elements. Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance.
